Retired Air Force Colonel and fighter pilot Jim Moschgat will make a special presentation at the National Museum of World War II Aviation on Saturday, November 19 at 11:00 am summarizing his years research on the first Army Air Forces Ace of World War II.
Due to flight activities, aircraft static displays, and other activities, the museum will not schedule guided tours on the 4th of July.
History Presentation and SB2C Flight Demonstration Rescheduled
The history presentation “From Zero to Hero” and SB2C Helldiver flight demonstration originally planned for Saturday, June 21st has been rescheduled due to unanticipated runway construction work at the Colorado Springs Airport. The next available date for this event is Saturday, July 19th. Doors to the museum will open at 8am. The presentation will begin at 9am, followed immediately by the flight demonstration.
